Q. Can i exchange or return an item?
A. Yes, Items may be returned or exchanged please see below. Request to return or exchange MUST be made within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date (Date package arrives).
Exchange: To exchange for different item or size please contact customerservice@DemiLoon.com. Exchange item must be in its original condition: New, clean, unworn, unwashed, FREE of any smoke, pet, or perfume odors. Folded and packaged neatly. If exchange arrives in unacceptable condition it will be mailed back. We require a $4 exchange fee to cover shipping & processing for the new item for USA, Canada $9, $16 for International. This fee will be invoiced to the email you provided at registration.
Return: To return an item for a refund please contact customerservice@DemiLoon.com. Return must be in its original condition: New, clean, unworn, unwashed, FREE of any smoke, pet, or perfume odors. Folded and packaged neatly. If item arrives in unacceptable condition it will be mailed back. The amount refunded will be price paid for the item minus the shipping cost.
I received the wrong item, what do i do?
We inspect all items prior to being shipped, however if for some reason a mistake has been made on our part we do apologize and will take care of the issue right away and pay for you to ship the item back to us via standard mail. To process the return of the incorrect item please do the following:
- Contact us at email@example.com with a brief explanation of the problem and your first & last name used to make the purchase and if possible the order #. You can find the order number by going to "Your Account" then clicking on "History and Details of my Orders"
- We will reply to your email with instructions for the return and send return and replacement information.
